1) Spare Change retained the PWA Tag Team Championship over The Sugar Twins in the Match of the Night. (Kris White was pinned after a double tornado DDT from Buck 10 & Ryder.) Zakk Atticus seemed pissed at White after the bout and left the ring in a snit.
2) Paul Wright pinned Ty Prattis after a stiff boot to the face.
3) Easy E beat Jessy Jones by DQ when Lak Sadartha attacked him during the bout. (Jones bailed when Lak showed up.)
4) Warhed w/ Mr Floppy defeated Illegal Allan Joe by submission at 6:58. (Warhed claimed he could beat Joe in under 7 minutes.)
5) The Evil Empire (Darth Cutthroatus & The Apprentice w/ the wizard of id) defeated the Wild Stallions (Joey Valentyne & RJ City)
6) Lak Sadartha crushed Addy Starr with the Laxitive. After the pin he gave her another Laxitive.
7) Suicide Sean Ball defeated Reck
8) Buck 10 won a 16 man battle royal to crown the first ever Headlocks & Takedowns Champion.

Order of Elimination: Zakk Atticus by Buck 10 The Apprentice by Lak Sadartha Easy E by Lak Sadartha Allan Joe by Lak Sadartha Lak Sadartha by everyone (Lak climbed right back in the ring) Kris White by Lak Sadarthav Reck by himself (Saw Lak coming, said ‘fuck this’ and walked out.)v – Lak dragged Mr Floppy into the ring and gave him the Laxative (an F5.) The move didn’t remove the stick from Floppy’s ass but it did break it. Sadartha then left the ring under his own power. Paul Wright by the Wild Stallions RJ City by Buck 10 Joey Valentyne by Buck 10 Addy Starr & Warhed eliminated each other Tom Ryder by Buck 10 (Ryder, Buck & Sean Ball joined together in an attempt to throw Jones out when Buck suddenly dumped his tag partner out of the ring. He claimed it was “an accident” but Ryder was pissed.) Sean Ball by Buck 10 Jessy Jones by Buck 10 So…. Buck 10 is the first ever PWA Headlocks & Takedowns Champion
